CLIENT POICIES AND PROCEDURES
Reservations
It is required that all treatments are reserved with a credit card.
Cancellation Policy
Avia Spa understands that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment, however, we do ask that you give us fair warning. We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations or you will be charged 100% of your scheduled treatment to the credit card placed on file.
Gratuity
Gratuities are not included in the price of each treatment, and are at client discretion. 18-20% is customary.
Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Cash. No checks please.
Products
All product sales are final.
Gift Certificates
Avia Spa gift certificates are available in any denomination, or for specific services. Gift certificates are valid for spa services and products only and are not valid for salon services. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash. Avia Spa gladly accepts Spa Finder gift certificates as well.
Parties
Please ask for the group coordinator if you are interested in reserving a party of 6 or more individuals. Spa rental options are also available.
General
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Children under the age of 12 are NOT permitted in the spa at any time. Children between the ages of 12 and 16 must have parental consent to receive facials or waxing. Clients must be over the age of 18 for any body treatments or massages. No exceptions.
Avia Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Prices are subject to change at any time.
Spa facilities are available to clients with scheduled spa appointments only.
Treatment Series
Treatments may be purchased in a series of 6 at a discounted rate*. Because of this discounted price, the payment is to be made at the beginning of the series, and is non-refundable. Avia Spa does, however, have an exchange policy that gives you three options in case the need arises:
a) you can exchange monies owed for products and clothing
b) you can turn the monies owed into a gift certificate
c) your series can be transferred to another client.
*series are not available for any waxing services.
