Abhyanga Massage

Inspired by the Ayurvedic tradition, Abhyanga literally means, “application of oil” to the body. Using long, fluid strokes, this massage is both relaxing and therapeutic. The therapist will use the oil that you are most drawn to by scent and which is most balancing for your entire constitution.

Pre-Natal Massage

Designed for the expectant mother, this massage uses specially designed body cushions to provide relief from swelling and cramping. Massage is given to you after the first trimester.

Thai Massage

Lying clothed on a floor-mat,  the therapist uses hands, feet, knees and elbows to apply pressure to points along the energy lines in combination with assisted yoga stretches.  An invigorating treatment that restores balance and energizes the body.

Hot Stone Therapy

Basalt lava stones are used to enhance a nurturing head-to-toe massage. Heated stones glide over muscles providing deep penetrating warmth and natural healing properties that melt away stress and tension.

Acupressure Shirodhara Massage

Acupressure massage uses the fingers to press key points on the body to release muscular tension and increase circulation while the mind is meditatively calmed with a continuous flow of warm oil to the “third eye” or “eye of perception.”
